摘　　要：文章基于锡林郭勒盟肉羊天气指数保险的试点工作,明确了肉羊天气指数保险雪灾和旱灾的主要内容,分析了效益和价值及实施过程存在的问题,并提出相应的解决办法和发展建议,为草原牧区进一步发展并推广天气指数保险提供参考。Based on the pilot work of weather index insurance for mutton sheep in Xilinguole League, this paper defined the main contents of snow disaster and drought disaster of mutton sheep weather index insurance, and analyzed the benefits and problems existing in the implementation process. The corresponding solutions and development suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the further development and promotion of weather index insurance in grassland pastoral areas.
