摘 要:随着科技的不断发展,工业化、自动化程度的逐渐提高,导致环境污染越来越严重,粉尘污染的危害也越来越大。文章提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的粉尘监测系统的设计,首先通过传感器采集粉尘浓度数据,然后通过串口将数据传送到计算机,再通过LabVIEW软件平台实现数据的显示、保存、监测和报警等功能。该系统具有使用方便、操作灵活等特点,在工业上具有广泛的应用价值以及广阔的推广空间。With the continuous development of science and technology and the gradual improvement of industrial automation,environmental pollution has become more and more serious,and the harm of dust pollution has become more and more serious.This paper proposes the design of a dust monitoring system based on virtual instrument technology.Firstly,the dust concentration data is collected through the sensor,and then the data is transmitted to the computer through the serial port,and then the data display,storage,alarm and monitoring functions are realized through the LabVIEW software platform.The system has the characteristics of convenient use,flexible operation,etc..It has a wide range of application value and broad promotion space.
