摘 要:高能流体系统中的阀门应作为潜在的飞射物加以评价。在核电厂中,稳压器安全阀位于稳压器伸出平台区域,假定当稳压器安全阀连接阀盖与阀体的螺栓损坏时,阀盖部分会作为飞射物弹出,影响安全壳内衬的完整性,因此,稳压器安全阀应作为潜在的飞射物源,考虑防护设计。目前,广泛应用的稳压器安全阀主要有弹簧式安全阀和先导式安全阀,由于其结构特性不同,阀门飞射物参数也不同。通过对比分析可知,相较于先导式安全阀,弹簧式安全阀飞射物的质量更大,当二者飞射物撞击速度相近时,弹簧式安全阀飞射物的撞击冲量更大,其作为潜在的飞射物源考虑时,应特别考虑防护设计。Valves in high-energy fluid systems should be evaluated as potential missiles.In nuclear power plant,the pressurizer safety valves are located in the region where the pressurizer extends above the operating deck,assuming that the pressurizer safety valve bolts which connecting bonnet and body are damaged,the valvebonnet would be ejected as a missile,affecting the integrity of the containment liner.Therefore,protectionshould be made fromthe missile of pressurizer safety valves.Currently widely used pressurizer safety valves are spring loaded safety valve and pilot operated safety and relief valve,the missile characteristics of them are different as the valve structures are different.According to comparative analysis,the missile quality of spring loaded safety valve is greater than pilot operated safety and relief valve,when the missile velocities of the two valves are similar;the impulse of missile of spring loaded safety valve is greater,so when considering it as a potential missile,special protection should be made.
