尿道板斜切延长纵切卷管尿道成形术在尿道下裂中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析在尿道下裂中尿道板斜切延长纵切卷管尿道成形术的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月本院收治的尿道下裂患儿50例作为研究对象,根据入院就诊单双号分为控制组与实验组,每组25例。控制组采用横形带蒂岛状包皮皮瓣尿道成形术治疗,实验组采用尿道板斜切延长纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗。比较两组手术指标、治疗优良率、并发症发生率及家属满意率。结果实验组术中出血量少于控制组,手术时间及住院时间均短于控制组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗优良率为96.0%,明显高于控制组的72.0%(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为8.0%,明显低于控制组的32.0%(P<0.05)。实验组家属满意率为96.0%,明显高于控制组的76.0%(P<0.05)。结论在尿道下裂中尿道板斜切延长纵切卷管尿道成形术的应用效果显著,可明显减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间及住院时间,且并发症少,术后恢复快,患儿家属满意度较高,值得推广应用。Objective To analysis the application effect of urethral plate oblique extension longitudinal slit tube urethroplasty in hypospadias.Methods 50 children with hypospadias admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to admission numbers,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transverse pedicled island foreskin flap urethroplasty,and the experimental group was treated with urethral plate oblique extension longitudinal slit tube urethroplasty tube urethroplasty.The operation status,excellent and good treatment rate,complication rate and family members satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than the control group,and the operation and hospitalization time were shorter than control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was96.0%,which was significantly higher than the 72.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 8.0%,which was significantly lower than 32.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the experimental group was96.0%,which was significantly higher than the 76.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In hypospadias,the urethral plate oblique extension longitudinal slit tube urethroplasty has significant application effect,which can significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation and hospitalization time,and has fewer complications and quicker recovery after surgeryand,the satisfaction rate of family members is high,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
