摘 要:目的探究妊娠糖尿病持续孕期营养管理与临床结局观察。方法选取2018年1—12月本院收治的100例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规营养管理指导,观察组给予持续孕期营养管理。比较两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、分娩方式与临床结局。结果营养管理前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较差异无统计学意义;营养管理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率为82.00%,明显高于对照组的46.00%(P<0.05);观察组人工助产率、剖宫产率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局率为6.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者采取持续孕期营养管理后,可显著改善患者血糖状态,提升自然分娩率,减少不良妊娠结局,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the pregnancy nutrition management and clinical outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nutrition management guidance,and the observation group was given continuous pregnancy nutrition management.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,delivery method and clinical outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Before nutritional management,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups;after nutritional management,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 82.00%,which was significantly higher than46.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the artificial assisted delivery rate and cesarean section rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the observation group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than the 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After continuous pregnancy nutrition management for patients with gestational diabetes,it can significantly improve the patient’s blood sugar status,increase the rate of natural delivery,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.It is worthy of clinical application.
