六君子汤加味治疗脾虚湿阻型高尿酸血症对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究六君子汤加味治疗脾虚湿阻型高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2020年6月本院收治的252例高尿酸血症患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组126例。对照组给予常规生活干预,治疗组在对照组基础上加服汤剂六君子汤加味治疗。比较两组治疗前后BMI、腰腹围、生活质量评分及急性痛风性关节炎复发率。结果治疗前,两组BMI、腰腹围比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组BMI、腰腹围均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组急性痛风性关节炎发生率为11.90%,明显低于对照组的23.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六君子汤加味治疗脾虚湿阻型高尿酸血症效果显著,在改善尿酸水平的同时能降低患者BMI、腰腹围,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective Explore the effect of Liujunzi decoction on the quality of life of patients with hyperuricemia(HUA)of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.Methods 252 patients with HUA admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 126 cases in each group.The control group was given routine life intervention,and the treatment group was treated with the Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.The BMI,waist and abdomen circumference,quality of life score and acute gouty arthritis recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BMI,waist and abdomen circumference between the two groups;after treatment,the BMI,waist and abdomen circumference of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups;after treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of acute gouty arthritis in the treatment group was 11.90%,which was significantly lower than the 23.02%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Liujunzi decoction is effective in treating hyperuricemia due to spleen deficiency and dampness resistance.It can improve the level of uric acid and reduce the patient’s BMI,waist and abdomen circumference,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
