摘　　要：当前我国新型城镇化建设的关键是在推动农民工市民化的同时进一步提高劳动生产率,以缓解人口红利缩减带来的压力,促进经济增长。保障状况和迁移意愿会影响农民工劳动供给数量和质量,同时保障状况也通过作用于农民工迁移意愿而影响其劳动供给。基于2016年和2017年流动人口动态监测数据,研究医疗保障、养老保险等保障状况和迁移意愿对农民工劳动供给时间和劳动供给质量的影响。研究发现,拥有流出地医疗保障的农民工劳动供给时间更长,但劳动供给质量却更低,而拥有流入地医疗保障,则在显著减少农民工劳动供给时间的同时提高了其劳动供给质量;拥有流入地社会保障的农民工劳动供给时间更短,但劳动供给质量更高;愿意市民化的农民工劳动供给时间更短但劳动供给质量更高;不同保障状况通过对迁移意愿产生异质性影响进一步作用于农民工劳动供给时间和劳动供给质量。At present,the key of China’s new urbanization is to improve labor productivity while promoting the citizenization of migrant workers,so as to alleviate the pressure caused by the reduction of demographic dividend and promote economic growth.Security status and migration will affect the quantity and quality of labor supply of migrant workers,and security status also affects the labor supply of migrant workers by affecting their decision.Based on the data of China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS)in 2016 and 2017,this paper studies the impact of medical security,endowment insurance and other security conditions and migration willingness on labor supply time and labor supply quality of migrant workers,and further analyzes the impact mechanism.The results show that:first,holding the medical security in hometown can increase the labor supply time of migrant workers,but will reduce the quality of labor supply.Second,the migrant workers who have medical security and social security in their residence have less labor supply time but higher quality of labor supply.Third,the migrant workers who are willing to citizenize provide shorter labor supply time but higher quality of labor supply.Fourth,different security conditions will have a heterogeneous impact on migration intention,and then have different effects on the labor supply time and labor supply quality of migrant workers.
