摘　　要：目的探讨智能麻醉药品管理柜在肿瘤专科医院麻醉药品精细化管理中的应用。方法通过介绍智能麻醉药品管理柜的结构组成、功能特点,分析其在综合西药房的应用效果及不足之处。结果智能麻醉药品管理柜和医院信息系统(HIS)实现了网络联接,使麻醉药品的入库、出库、取药、交接班盘点等环节实现了信息化管理,并能自动生成相应的管理账册。结论智能麻醉药品管理柜提高了麻醉药品存储的安全性、调配的效率和准确性,使麻醉药品管理实现了药品管理的信息化、操作的简便化和全程的可追溯,保障了临床用药安全。OBJECTIVE To discuss the role of intelligent narcotic management cabinet in the refined management of narcotics in a cancer hospital. METHODS By introducing the structural composition and functional characteristics of the intelligent narcotic management cabinet, its application effects and shortcomings were analyzed in the comprehensive pharmacy. RESULTS The intelligent narcotic management cabinet and hospital information system(HIS) had been connected by the network, which enabled the information management of the storage, delivery, collection and inventory of narcotics, and the corresponding management account books could be automatically generated. CONCLUSION The intelligent narcotic management cabinet improves the safety of anesthetic storage, the efficiency and accuracy of deployment.And it enables the informatization of narcotic management, simplifies the operation and makes the whole process traceable.The safety of clinical medication use is ensured.
