摘　　要：为响应国家和高校高层次青年专业人才培育政策,深度挖掘目前高校青年人才培育存在的问题及应对策略,积极探索高校青年人才培养制度体系,建设学科大团队、大平台和大项目,该文探索科学地加强高校青年人才发展的资源配套和优化条件,持续推进高校青年人才的可持续发展,充分发挥高校青年教师在人才培养、社会服务和科学研究方面的作用和贡献。In response to the cultivation policies of high-level young professionals in the nation and universities,the existing problems and strategies are explored thoroughly for the cultivation of young professionals in colleges and universities,kinds of cultivation plans and construction programs are explored actively including institution system,academic teams,platforms and projects.The resources and optimized conditions are strengthened for the development of young talents in colleges and universities,in order to constantly promote the sustainable development of young talents in colleges and universities,and to fully play the role and contribution of young talents in talent training,social services and scientific research.
