摘　　要：学风是大学精神的集中体现,是教书育人的本质要求,是高等学校的立校之本、发展之魂[1]。在全面推行高校"三全育人"综合改革的重要时期,以学风建设为切入点,以问题为导向,从全员参与、全过程指导、全方位培养的角度出发,探索新时代学风建设的对策,将对高校构建大思政格局,深化人才培养体系,争创双一流,起到重要的推动作用。The style of study is the concentrated expression of the university spirit,the essential requirement of teaching and educating people,and the foundation and the soul of development of colleges and universities.In the important period of the comprehensive implementation of the comprehensive reform of the three-dimensional education in colleges and universities,the construction of the style of study is the entry point,and the problem-oriented approach is to explore the countermeasures for the construction of the style of study in the new era from the perspective of full participation,full process guidance,and allround training.It will play an important role in building a comprehensive ideological and political pattern in colleges and universities,deepening the talent training system,and striving for double first-class.
