摘　　要：大学生党员作为大学生中重要的先进群体,其先锋模范作用的发挥是高校加强党的建设、落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求。新时代背景下,受诸多制约因素影响,大学生发挥党员示范引领作用的局限性突显。该文针对问题充分调研,积极实践,深入推进,以"四个三"工程为载体,进一步拓展内涵和外延,完善机制建设,拓宽路径平台,全方位构建科学合理的大学生党员先锋模范作用发挥的长效机制。As an important advanced group of college students,giving play to college student Party members’exemplary vanguard role is the inherent requirement for colleges and universities to strengthen Party building and implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.Under the background of the new era,due to many restrictive factors,the limitations of college students in playing the leading role of Party members become prominent.This paper fully investigates the problems,actively practices,and advances in depth,using the"four threes"project as the carrier to further expand the connotation and extension,improve the mechanism construction,and broaden the path and platform,so as to build a scientific and reasonable long-term mechanism for college student Party members to play their exemplary vanguard role.
