浅谈省级综合医院科研档案管理工作现状与对策

摘　　要：大多数省级综合医院的科研档案管理工作存在重保管轻利用的现象,科研档案的潜在价值没有充分挖掘,科研档案的内在作用发挥不突出,不能适应档案信息资源共享,开发及利用的要求。本文以兼职档案管理员身份分析了笔者所在医院科研档案特点、管理工作现状、存在的主要问题,提出应从提高全员档案意识、建立和规范档案管理制度、提升管理人员素质、建立科研档案管理奖惩制度、加强科研档案信息资源的开发与利用等方面,进一步加强和改进医院科研档案管理工作。The scientific research archive management work of most provincial general hospitals has the phenomenon of emphasizing storage and neglecting utilization.The potential value of scientific research archives is not fully explored,and the internal role of scientific research archives is not prominent,and it cannot adapt to the claim of sharing,development and utilization of archive information resources.As a part-time archives administrator,this article analyzes the characteristics of the scientific research archives,management status,and main problems of the hospital where the author works,and proposes to improve the archives awareness of all staff,establish and standardize the archives management system,improve the quality of management personnel,and establish scientific research archives management rewards and punishments system,strengthen the development and utilization of scientific research archives information resources,and further strengthen and improve the management of scientific research archives in hospitals.
