摘　　要：工程监理制度已发展三十多年,在我国工程建设中发挥了重要作用,但随着信息技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺的发展,以及新型组织模式的出现,监理企业已面临发展瓶颈。响应国家号召,转型全过程咨询企业是越来越多监理企业的共识,监理企业本身的制度、经验、人才优势也有利于发展全过程咨询业务,顺利转型能够对工程建设行业管理能力的提升发挥作用。The engineering supervision system has been developed for more than 30 years and has played an important role in China's engineering construction.However,with the development of information technology,new materials,new equipment,and new processes,as well as the emergence of new organizational models,supervision companies have already faced development bottleneck.Responding to the national call and transforming to whole process consulting enterprise is the consensus of more and more supervision companies.The system,experience,and talent advantages of the supervision companies are also conducive to the development of the whole process consulting business.A smooth transformation can improve the management capabilities of the engineering construction industry.
