摘　　要：近几年随着社会的发展,越来越多的设备被应用于各行各业,在镀膜过程中也越来越多的厂家开始采用PVD镀膜机设备,加上这种镀膜设备的局限性小,因此这种镀膜工艺的应用范围越来越广,但是人们对于PVD镀膜机设备的了解少之又少,本文就为浅析关于PVD镀膜机设备的镀膜方式,以此帮助大家更好的了解和掌握PVD镀膜机设备。In recent years,with the development of society,more and more equipment has been used in all walks of life.During the coating process,more and more manufacturers have begun to use PVD coating machine equipment.The limitations of this coating equipment are small,so the application range of this coating process is getting wider and wider.However,people know very little about PVD coating machine equipment.This article is to analyze the coating method of PVD coating machine equipment to help everyone better understand and master PVD coating machine equipment.
