摘　　要：本文基于某市某居民小区一居民用户存在多年室温不达标的现象,特提出一种改造方案,即利用风机盘管改造地板采暖进行供热,解决局部房间热负荷大造成的室温不达标问题,为用户提供更好的服务质量。通过对比两种采暖供热方式,分析各自优缺点,并充分考虑了适用性及现场可实施性,最终取得了预期的效果,得到了采暖用户的认可。同时该方式与原有采暖方式对比具有一定的节能经济性,为今后解决类似室温不达标用户问题提供参考。Based on the phenomenon that the room temperature of a resident user in a residential area of a city has not reached the standard for many years,this paper puts forward a transformation scheme,that is,using the fan coil tube to transform the floor heating for heating,to solve the problem of room temperature not reaching the standard caused by the large heat load in local rooms,and to provide users with better service quality.By comparing the two heating methods,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the applicability and on-site implementation are fully considered.Finally,the expected results are achieved and recognized by heating users.At the same time,this method has certain energy-saving economy compared with the original heating method,which provides reference for solving the problem of similar room temperature substandard users in the future.
