摘 要:为了解决陕西省科技创新与经济发展之间耦合协调度过低的问题,首先对陕西省经济发展中的不均衡不协调问题进行了研究,然后,借助物理耦合理论构建了陕西科技创新与经济发展耦合协调度模型,设计了耦合协调度函数,测度了陕西科技创新与经济发展之间的耦合协调度。最后,利用仿真实验方法对耦合协调模型、耦合协调度进行了验证,结果表明:陕西省的科技创新综合发展水平在整体上呈现两强多弱态势,经济发展综合水平呈现两强多弱态势,而且在时间上两者关系呈正相关关系。To solve the problem that the coupling coordination degree between scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Shaanxi Province is too low,this paper first studies the imbalance and disharmony in the economic development of Shaanxi Province,and then constructs the coupling coordination dispatching model of scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Shaanxi Province with the help of physical coupling theory,and designs the coupling coordination degree function.This paper measures the coupling coordination between scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Shaanxi Province.Finally,the coupling coordination model,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree are verified by using the simulation experiment method.The results show that the overall development level of science and technology innovation in Shaanxi Province presents a situation of two strong and many weak,and the comprehensive level of economic development presents a situation of two strong and many weak,and the relationship between them is positively correlated in time.
