河北沧州回族七项不对称行为特征

摘　　要：目的:了解河北沧州回族不对称行为特征的分布情况,为我国少数民族群体遗传学研究积累资料。方法:采用群体遗传学调查方法,遵循整群随机抽样原则,对447名(男253,女194)生活在河北沧州回族人群7项不对称行为特征(扣手、利手、叠臂、叠腿、利足、起步类型和优势眼)进行活体观察。结果:沧州回族除扣手、叠臂、起步类型左型率高于右型率外,其他4项不对称行为特征均为右型率高于左型率;沧州回族7项不对称行为特征的出现率均无性别差异;与其他族群比较,沧州回族起步类型和优势眼右型率偏低,其他中等;沧州回族两两不对称行为中,手臂特征扣手、利手和叠臂间无相关性。利手行为与各项腿足特征都具有相关性。腿足特征间的相关性优于手臂特征,扣手与利手无关,优势眼仅与利足具有一定相关;沧州回族与国内15个族群的聚类分析结果表明,沧州回族与天津汉族、内蒙回族及达斡尔族遗传性状分布比较接近,尤其和天津汉族亲缘关系最近。结论:沧州回族与天津汉族亲缘最接近的原因可能是几百年民族迁徙融合造成的。Objective:To study the distribution of symmetric behavior characteristics of Hui ethnicity in Cangzhou,Hebei province and accumulate data for research on population genetics of ethnic minorities.Methods:Seven behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance(hand clasping,handedness,arm folding,legfolding,stride type,foot preference and eye preference)of 447(253 males and 194 females)respondents of Hui ethnicity from Cangzhou,Hebei province were studied.Random cluster sampling method was applied.Results:Except for the clasping,arm folding,and starting types,the left-type rate was higher than the right-type rate among people of Hui ethnicity in Cangzhou,Hebei province.There was no gender difference in the occurrence rate;compared with the other ethnic groups,the starting type and right eye rate of the Hui ethnicity in Cangzhou,Hebei were low while the others were medium.There was no correlation between the arm characteristics of clasping,handedness and arm folding.Handedness was significantly related to various leg and foot characteristics.The correlation between leg and foot features was superior to arm features.Clasping had nothing to do with sharp hands,and dominant eyes were only related to sharp feet.According to the cluster analysis,fifteen groups of people of Hui ethnicity in China,genetic distribution of Cangzhou Hui ethnicity was close to that of Tianjin Han ethnicity,Inner Mongolia Hui ethnicity and Daur ethnicity,especially the closest relationship with Tianjin Han ethnicity.Conclusion:The closest relationship between the Hui ethnicity in Cangzhou and the Han ethnicity in Tianjin may be caused by the migration and fusion of ethnic groups over the centuries.
