血必净注射液对重症中暑患者血管内皮细胞损伤及血浆β内啡肽的影响

摘　　要：目的探究血必净注射液对重症中暑患者体内血浆β内啡肽(β-EP)表达水平及血管内皮细胞损伤的影响。方法将我院收治的重症中暑患者分为基础治疗组(BT组),共36例;血必净注射液组(XBJ组),共40例。BT组与XBJ组患者一般资料无显著差异(P>0.05)。通过分析BT组和XBJ组患者临床疗效、CRP、TNF-α水平、血管内皮损伤因子、体温恢复时间及住院时间、血浆β内啡肽(β-EP)含量的差异性来进行探究。结果治疗后,XBJ组患者的治疗效果比BT组优,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与BT组相比较,XBJ组患者好转时间等指标明显比BT组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,BT组和XBJ组患者体内炎性因子表达数值相近(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者体内因子含量降低,XBJ组患者体内CRP、TNF-α含量低于BT组(P<0.05)。治疗前,BT组和XBJ组患者体内vWF、TM、CEC数值相近,治疗后,且BT组和XBJ组相比较,XBJ组vWF、TM、CEC等血管内皮损伤因子数值显著低于BT组(P<0.05)。治疗前,BT组和XBJ组患者β-EP含量相近(P>0.05),治疗后,与BT组相比较,XBJ组患者体内β-EP含量显著低于BT组(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液对重症中暑患者的治疗效果显著,能够显著改善患者体内血管内皮细胞损伤,同时能够缩短体温降低时长,减少住院天数,还能够降低血浆中β-EP的含量。Objective To explore the effects of Xuebijing injection on plasmaβ-endorphin(β-EP)expression and vascular endothelial cell damage in patients with severe heat stroke.Methods The severe heat stroke patients admitted to our hospital were divided into basic treatment group(BT group),a total of 36 cases;Xuebijing injection group(XBJ group),a total of 40 cases.There was no significant difference in general information between the BT group and the XBJ group(P>0.05).Explore the differences in clinical efficacy,CRP,TNF-αlevels,vascular endothelial injury factors,body temperature recovery time and hospital stay,and plasmaβ-endorphin(β-EP)content in the BT group and XBJ group.Results The treatment effect of the XBJ group was better than that of the BT group,but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the BT group,the improvement time of patients in the XBJ group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,the expression of inflammatory factors in the BT group and the XBJ group were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of factors in the two groups were both decreased.The levels of CRP and TNF-αin the XBJ group were lower than those in the BT group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the values of vWF,TM and CEC in the two groups were similar.After treatment,the values of vWF,TM,CEC and other vascular endothelial injury factors in the XBJ group were significantly lower than those in the BT group(P<0.05).Before treatment,theβ-EP contents of the BT group and the XBJ group were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,theβ-EP content of the XBJ group was significantly lower than that of the BT group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with severe heat stroke.It can significantly improve the damage of vascular endothelial cells in the patient's body.At the same time,it can shorten the duration of body temperature reduction,reduce the length of hospitalization and the content ofβ-EP in plasma.
