摘　　要：针对φ18mm、φ20mm弹簧圆钢成型后发生的质量异议,分析了轧制过程出现的热顶锻检测不合格原因。通过孔型优化调整及加强生产组织管理,产品缺陷问题得到解决。Against the quality objection ofΦ18 mm andΦ20 mm spring round steel after forming,The causes of unqualified hot upsetting inspection in rolling process were analyzed,and the causes of unqualified hot upsetting inspection in rolling process are analyzed.Through the optimization and adjustment of pass and the strengthening of production organization and management,the problem of product defects has been solved.
