摘　　要：视觉检测技术是目前流行的表面缺陷检测技术,是利用图像采集部分(相机及光源)、数据传输系统和成像控制系统采集数据与缺陷数据库图像比较从而检测中厚板钢板上下表面缺陷。Visual inspection technology is a popular surface defect detection technology,which uses image acquisition part(camera and light source),data transmission system and imaging control system to collect data and compare with defect database image,so as to detect the upper and lower surface defects of medium and heavy plate.
