基于翻转课堂的商务英语人才培养新模式研究

摘　　要：近年来,翻转课堂在商务英语人才培养中得到了广泛的应用。通过翻转课堂,教师可以充分利用课堂时间,满足学生的学习需求,更好地解决传统授课模式遇到的问题。教师在面授期间,要求学生通过观看视频,完成阅读、练习等课前的自主学习任务,并展开小组讨论,进而加强教师与学生、学生与学生之间的交流。翻转课堂颠覆了传统的教学模式,深受广大师生的喜爱。商务英语中应用翻转课堂,对培养复合型商务英语人才有着重要的作用。In recent years,the flipped classroom has been widely used in the business English talent training.By flipping the classroom,the teachers can make full use of the classroom time,meet the students’learning needs,and better solve the problems encountered in the traditional teaching mode.During the face-to-face teaching period,teachers,students are required to complete the independent learning tasks before reading and practicing,and conduct group discussion,so as to strengthen the communication between teachers and students,students and students.The flipped classroom has overturned the traditional teaching mode and is deeply loved by the majority of teachers and students.The application of flipped classroom in business English has an important role in cultivating compound business English talents.
