摘 要:针对水源水pH升高给净水工艺带来的水质风险,以调控水体pH为目的,保障水质安全为目标,在深圳市上南水厂利用CO_(2)释放高效混合碳酸制备系统投加CO_(2)气体,应对原水pH异常升高问题。试验表明,原水投加CO_(2)后,反应pH值基本维持在7.40~7.80,滤后水耗氧量去除率提升10%左右,浑浊度基本维持在0.12 NTU左右,制水成本为0.008元/m^(3),出水2-MIB浓度低于标准。运行效果显著,水质保障能力提升,制水成本较低,对环境无污染,为同类型原水的大型水厂应用CO_(2)气体提供数据参考。In view of water quality risks in water purification process caused by the increase of pH value of source water,with the goal of regulating pH value of water body,ensuring the safety of water quality,a high-efficiency carbonic acid preparation system depending on CO_(2)releasing and mixing is used in Shenzhen Shangnan Water Treatment Plant(WTP),which is to deal with abnormal increase of pH value of raw water.Experiments shows that after adding CO_(2)to raw water,pH value of the reaction is basically maintained at 7.40~7.80,oxygen consumption removal rate of filtered water is increased by about 10%,turbidity is basically maintained at about 0.12 NTU,unit water production cost is 0.008 yuan/m^(3),and effluent 2-MIB concentration is lower than relevent standard.All the above,operation effect is significant,water quality guarantee ability is improved,water production cost is,and it is free of environmental pollution,which can provide data reference for the application of CO_(2)gas in large WTP with the same type of raw water.
