摘  要:无锡市某水厂清水泵房一期3台给水泵是定频、满负荷运行的,运行时存在效率低和能耗高等问题。为了提高水泵效率,对2台给水泵进行高压变频调速改造。将水泵工频启停、额定转速运行改为变频启停和调速,设计了本地及远程控制系统;介绍了水泵变频改造实施步骤和系统工作流程。变频改造后,不仅降低了设备故障率,改善了系统运行环境,还提高了自动化控制水平,预计年节电效益达29.3万元。Three feedwater pumps of pump room in first phase in one of the water treatment plants in Wuxi City ran at a constant frequency and full load,during which a low efficiency and high energy consumption are existed.In order to improve pump efficiency,two water pumps are modified with high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation.The pump power frequency start-stop and rated speed operation are changed to frequency conversion start-stop and speed regulation.The local and remote control system is designed.Implement procedure of water pump frequency conversion transformation and working process of water pump system are introduced.Results demonstrate that frequency conversion transformation not only reduces the equipment failure rate,improves the system operating environment,but also improves the level of automation control.The annual electricity is saved about 293000 yuan.
