摘　　要：连续性内部资料性出版物紧贴组织日常生活,是一种具有鲜明中国特色的传播媒介。机关单位、社会团体、企业开办的内部资料性出版物具有促进文化交流、展示文化工作成果、引领精神文明建设、宣传文化理念、展示精神风貌等重要作用。沧州市内部资料性出版物数量较多,运作较为成熟,期刊特色鲜明,但是存在着稿源不足、高质量稿件少、编辑队伍缺乏培训等问题。今后应从加强队伍建设、建立健全管理机制等方面加以改进,以期全面提升办刊水平。Consecutive internal informative publications are closely related to the daily life of organizations,which are a kind of media with distinctive Chinese characteristics.Internal informative publications from government units,social organizations and enterprises plays an important role in promoting culture exchange,presenting culture working results,leading mental civilization construction,advocating culture concepts and demonstrating mental features.There are a number of well-established internal informative publications with distinctive characteristics in Cangzhou.But there are some problems involving insufficient source,few high quality contributions,and weakness in editors’training.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the quality of the publications by enhancing team construction and establishing management system.
