摘  要:分析了淮北矿业集团在自动化、信息化、智能化建设方面的情况,针对制约智能化矿山建设存在的问题,提出了煤矿物联网平台与单兵智能装备研发与应用研究课题,结合万兆工业控制环网以及Wi-Fi定位技术,采用基于Wi-Fi物联网综合基站、调度平台以及单兵智能装备,形成井上下“一张网”的煤矿物联网单兵智能装备融合调度通信系统,介绍了该系统的系统架构和系统功能,详细阐述了该系统的关键技术。实际应用表明,该系统不仅能够提高调度应急指挥水平,而且能够增强作业人员协同工作能力,提高了生产效率。The situation of Huaibei Mining Group in terms of automation,informatization and intelligent construction was analyzed,and in view of the problems restricting the construction of intelligent mines,the topic of research and development and application of coal mine Internet of things platform and individual intelligent equipment was proposed.Combined with 10 Gigabit industrial control ring network and Wi-Fi positioning technology,and on the basis of integrated base station based on Wi-Fi Internet of things,dispatching platform and individual intelligent equipment,an integrated dispatching communication system of individual intelligent equipment based on coal mine Internet of Things was built to form"one net"connecting the mine.The system architecture and system functions were introduced,and the key technologies of the system were expounded in detail.The practical application showed that the system could not only improve the dispatching emergency command level,but also enhance the cooperative work ability of operators and improve the production efficiency.
