参苓白术散治疗颈髓损伤致抗利尿激素不适当分泌综合征1则

摘　　要：抗利尿激素不适当分泌综合征是以低血钠、高尿钠渗透压为主要表现的临床综合征,因临床症状不典型,易误诊或误治,导致严重临床后果。西医治疗以限制液体摄入为主,患者依从性较差。目前尚缺少中药论治该病的临床报道,文章介绍采用参苓白术散论治1例抗利尿激素不适当分泌综合征,患者低血钠及口渴等症状明显改善,为该病的中药辨证论治提供思路。The syndrome of inappropriate secrection of antidiuretic hormone(SIADH)is characterized by low serum sodium and high osmotic pressure of urinary sodium.It is easy to be misdiagnosed or mistreated due to its atypical clinical symptoms,which may lead serious clinical consequences.The patient is treated by limiting fluid intake in Western medicine,but the patient compliance is poor.At present,there is still a lack of clinical reports on the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.The author used Shenling Baizhu Powder to treat one case of SIADH,the symptoms of hyponatremia and thirst were significantly improved,which can provid ideas for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
