脐周八穴埋线治疗气滞血瘀肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕验案1则

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种具有高度异质性的内分泌及代谢紊乱性疾病,其中50%~75%为肥胖型PCOS,且以向心性肥胖为主。肥胖型PCOS患者发生代谢综合征、心血管疾病、2型糖尿病及子宫内膜癌等远期并发症的风险成倍上升。临床上针对肥胖型PCOS尚无统一治疗标准,且减轻体质量对此类患者至关重要。穴位埋线是在针灸理论的指导下,对针灸技术的延伸和发展。穴位埋线应用于不孕症的研究较少,文章介绍将穴位埋线技术应用于肥胖型PCOS不孕症患者,获得成功妊娠。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a highly heterogeneous endocrine and metabolic disorder,50%~75%of them were obese PCOS,and the majority of them were centripetal obesity.The risk of long-term complications such as metabolic syndrome,cardiovascular disease,type 2 diabetes and endometrial cancer in obese PCOS patients is doubled.There is no uniform treatment standard for obese PCOS,and weight loss is very important for these patients.Acupoint catgut embedding is the extension and development of acupuncture and moxibustion technology under the guidance of acupuncture theory.Acupoint catgut embedding is rarely used in infertility.The article applied catgut embedding technique to obese PCOS infertility patients and got a successful pregnancy.
