摘 要:药物敏感实验是常用的判定细菌耐药性的方法,高效准确的细菌敏感性检测技术不仅有助于抗生素在临床上的正确使用,而且能加快新抗菌药物的研发速度。中药成分复杂、颜色较深等特点使得传统的实验方法在其敏感性测定中存在一定的局限性。微流控技术因其微型化、高通量化和集成化等特点,在药物敏感实验中具有独特的优势。文章总结了微流控药敏实验的芯片系统及实验方法,为其在中药领域的研究提供了新的思路。Drug sensitivity test is a common method to determine bacterial drug resistance.Effective and accurate bacterial sensitivity detection technology not only contributes to the correct use of antibiotics in clinical practice,but also can accelerate the development of new antimicrobial drugs.Traditional test methods have some limitations in the sensitivity determination of traditional Chinese medicine due to its complex composition and dark color.Microfluidic technology has its unique advantages in drug sensitivity test due to its miniaturization,high-pass quantization and integration.In this paper,the microfluidic drug sensitivity experiment chip system and method are summarized,which provides a new idea for its research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
