摘　　要：介绍了快堆核电站核岛用P36无缝钢管的性能特点、生产工艺方案及其关键技术。对P36无缝钢管的化学成分及组织性能检验结果表明,衡阳华菱钢管有限公司研制的P36无缝钢管的化学成分、力学性能等均满足ASME SA-335/SA-335M规范的要求,能够满足快堆核电站主给水系统对低合金无缝钢管的需求,其生产工艺在核电用管生产领域具有推广应用价值。the performance characteristics,production process and key technologies of P36 seamless steel pipe for nuclear island of fast reactor nuclear power plant are introduced.The test results of chemical composition,mi-crostructure and properties of P36 seamless steel pipe show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of P36 seamless steel pipe developed by Hengyang Valin Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd.meet the requirements of ASME SA-335/SA-335m,and can meet the requirements of main water supply system of fast reactor nuclear power plant for low alloy seamless steel pipe.Its production process has the value of popularization and application in the field of production of nuclear power pipe.
