摘　　要：本文分析了热轧棒材表面划伤问题发生的原因,并对导卫装置、运输辊道等相关部件及防划伤滚轮设计改进,针对性地完善相应的管理制度。有效减少了棒材表面划伤缺陷的发生,取得了较好的生产实际效果。This paper analyzes the cause of surface scratching problem of hot-rolled round steel,and obtains agood practicai production effect through the probability of occurrence of the guide device and the relevant part of transport passage.This paper analyzes the causes of the scratch on the surface of hot-rolled bar,and improves the de-sign of guide device,transport roller and other related parts and anti scratch roller,improves the corresponding man-agement system.The occurrence of scratch defect on bar surface is effectively reduced,and good production effect is obtained.
