摘　　要：通过对40t炼钢电炉全管式水冷炉盖使用中出现经常漏水故障情况分析,对管式水冷炉盖的结构进行分析,重新制定加工工艺流程,制定确保质量的有效技术措施和方法;确保材料、下料、焊接、热处理等各个过程的控制;解决了存在的问题,提高了水冷炉盖使用寿命、降低了故障率,提高炼钢质量,为高效电炉炼钢生产提供了有力设备保障。Through analyzing the water leakage fault of the full tube water-cooled cover of 40t electric steelmak⁃ing furnace,the structure of tubular water-cooled furnace cover is analyzed,the process flow is redefined,the effec⁃tive technical measures and methods are formulated to ensure quality.The control of material,cutting,welding,heat treatment and other processes are ensured.The existing problems are solved.The service life of the water-cooled fur⁃nace cover is improved and the failure rate is reduced,the quality of steelmaking is improved,so the powerful equip⁃ment guarantee for high efficiency EAF steelmaking production is provided.
