延伸护理对养老机构卧床老人的情绪和生活幸福度的影响效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨延伸护理服务对养老机构卧床老人焦虑状况、抑郁状况、正性负性情绪状况和生活幸福度的影响情况。方法选取柳州市一所民办养老机构中的30例卧床老年患者作为对照组,进行常规护理及健康教育;另一所民办养老机构中的30例卧床老年患者作为研究组,实施延伸护理,比较两组干预6个月后,卧床老人焦虑状况、抑郁状况、正性负性情绪状况、生活幸福度的差异。结果干预6个月后,两组老人的焦虑状况、抑郁状况、正性负性情绪状况和生活幸福度均有改善,且研究组的改善程度均高于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论延伸护理对养老机构卧床老人焦虑状况、抑郁状况、正性情绪、负性情绪、生活幸福度的干预效果显著,满足了卧床老人的生理和心理上的需求,有效提高了卧床老人的身心健康水平和主观生活幸福感。Objective To explore the influence of extended nursing service on anxiety, depression, positive and negative emotions and life happiness of bedridden elderly in nursing homes. Methods Thirty elderly patients in bed in a private pension institution in Liuzhou city were selected as control group to carry out routine nursing and health education;30 elderly patients in bed in another private pension institution were treated as the study group, and extended nursing was carried out. The differences of anxiety, depression, positive negative mood and life happiness were compared after six months intervention. Results After 6 months of intervention, the anxiety, depression, positive and negative emotion and life happiness of the two groups were improved, and the improvement degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Extended nursing has significant effect on the anxiety, depression, positive emotion, negative emotion and life happiness of the elderly in the elderly care institutions. It can meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly, and effectively improve the mental and mental health level and the subjective life happiness of the elderly.
