硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床效果及对血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究并分析硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床效果及对血清学指标的影响。方法随机盲选2017年5月至2019年7月本院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者共计94例,按数字表法分为47例试验组和47例对照组。对照组仅实施硫酸镁治疗,试验组实施硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,对两组的血清学指标、临床疗效以及治疗前后血压变化情况进行分析比较。结果治疗前,两组患者的舒张压及收缩压比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的舒张压、收缩压均低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血清C反应蛋白(CRP)均低于对照组,血清总抗氧化能力(TAC)高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率是95.74%,明显高于对照组的76.60%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病患者临床效果良好,能显著降低患者的血压,有效改善患者的血清学指标。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and its influence on serum markers.Methods A total of 94 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 were randomly selected and divided into 47 cases of experimental group and 47 cases of control group according to the number table method.The control group was only treated with magnesium sulfate,while the experimental group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine.The serum indexes,clinical efficacy and blood pressure changes before and after treatment of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum homocysteine(Hcy)and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the serum total antioxidant capacity(TAC)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than 76.60%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine has good clinical effect in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,which can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients and effectively improve the serological indexes of patients.
