摘　　要：目的关于以急性左心衰竭为首发症状的急性心肌梗死患者的临床特征分析。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月来我院进行治疗的以急性左心衰竭为首发症状的急性心肌梗死患者100例作为本文的观察组,选择同期来我院接受治疗的以其他症状为首发症状的急性心肌梗死患者100例为本文的对照组,对所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结,研究以急性左心衰竭为首发症状的急性心肌梗死患者的临床表现和特点。结果观察组患者均存在胸闷气促等症状。观察组和对照组在心电图检验学等方面存在着一定的差异性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心肌酶学方面两组患者之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以急性左心衰竭为首发症状的急性心肌梗死患者临床存在有特异性的特征表现,病症相对更加急骤危险,应采取有效措施进行干预,最大程度抢救患者的生命。Objective To analyze the clinical features of patients with acute myocardial infarction with acute left heart failure as the first symptom.Methods One hundred patients with acute myocardial infarction with acute left heart failure as the first symptom from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group of this study.The other symptoms were selected as the first treatment in our hospital.100 patients with symptomatic acute myocardial infarction were the control group of this study.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.The clinical manifestations and characteristics of patients with acute myocardial infarction with acute left heart failure as the first symptom were studied.Results In the observation group,there were symptoms such as chest tightness and shortness of breath.There were some differences in the electrocardiogram examination between the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups in myocardial enzymology(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical manifestations of patients with acute myocardial infarction with acute left heart failure as the first symptom have specific characteristics.The disease is relatively more acute and risky.Effective measures should be taken to intervene to maximize the life of the patient.
