摘 要:目的探究以问题为导向沟通模式在急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗患者中的应用。方法选取89例急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗患者,采用随机数字表法分组,将研究对象划分A组(n=44,常规护理)和B组(n=45,以问题为导向沟通模式),比较两组D-to-B时间、达标率、依从性、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果B组患者D-to-B时间、不良事件发生率短于A组,达标率、依从率、护理满意度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗中应用以问题为导向沟通模式,不仅能够缩短抢救时间,还能够提高抢救成功率,应用价值显著。Objective To explore the application of problem-based communication mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing thrombolytic therapy.Methods Eighty-nine patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into group A(n=44,routine nursing)and group B(n=45,problem-based communication mode).The d-to-b time,compliance rate,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The D-to-B time and the incidence of adverse events in group B were shorter than those in group A,and the compliance rate,compliance rate,and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-based communication mode in thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction can not only shorten the rescue time,but also improve the success rate of rescue,the application value is significant.
