依那普利联合金水宝治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析探究依那普利联合金水宝治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的116例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,时间为2017年1月至2018年1月,按照随机数字表法分成两个不同的组别,每组58例;其中对照组采取常规方法治疗,观察组采取依那普利联合金水宝治疗,进一步对比两组患者的临床疗效及临床指标水平变化情况。结果(1)观察组与对照组治疗有效率分别为96.55%、77.59%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)在胆固醇、血肌酐、血浆白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白定量水平方面,治疗前两组比较均没有明显差异(P>0.05);经积极治疗后,观察组胆固醇、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量水平均明显低于对照组,血浆白蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对临床中肾病综合征患者,实行依那普利及金水宝联合治疗的效果良好,能明显提高治疗有效率,改善临床症状,确保各项指标始终处于正常范围。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with Jinshuibao in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods One hundred sixteen patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.They could be further divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with an average of 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine methods,while the observation group was treated with enalapril combined with Jinshuibao,and the clinical efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were further compared.Results(1)Comparing the results of statistics,the effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 77.59%and 96.55%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the levels of cholesterol,serum creatinine,plasma albumin and 24-hour urinary protein between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After active treatment,the levels of cholesterol,serum creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but the levels of plasma albumin were significantly higher than those in the control group.The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,the combined therapy of enalapril and Jinshuibao is effective for patients with nephrotic syndrome,which can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,improve clinical symptoms and ensure that the indicators are always in the normal range.
