临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法采用计算机随机数字表法将2016年2月至2017年4月本院收治的256例脑出血患者分为对照组和试验组,每组128例。对照组进行常规护理干预,试验组进行临床护理路径干预。护理后2个月,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组护理满意度、总有效率均高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理能够提升脑出血患者的护理满意度及治疗效果,改善患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪。Objective To discuss the application effect of clinical nursing path in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Two hundred and fifty-six patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to their vital signs.128 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention.128 cases in the experimental group were given clinical nursing path intervention nursing.After two months of nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale score,Self-rating Depression Scale score,and complication rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing is effective,which can improve patients’satisfaction and treatment efficiency,and improve patients’depression and anxiety in treatment.
