采取手术室专科护理对预防外科术后呼吸道感染的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室体位护理对预防患者压疮的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连大学附属新华医院就诊的80例进行手术的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。其中对照组40例患者提供传统护理治疗,试验组40例患者在传统护理的基础上加用手术室专科护理。对比两组患者术后5 d咽拭子阳性率、呼吸道感染率及住院时间。结果试验组术后5 d咽拭子阳性率、呼吸道感染率及住院时间均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论手术室专科护理在外科患者护理中的应用,可明显降低呼吸道感染的发生率,促进术后康复,提高临床护理质量。Objective to explore the clinical significance of specialized nursing in operating room in preventing pressure ulcers.Methods 80 patients admitted to xinhua hospital affiliated to dalian university in dalian,liaoning province from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups provided traditional nursing.Among them,40 patients in the control group were provided with traditional nursing treatment,and 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with specialized operating room nursing on the basis of traditional nursing.The positive rate of pharynx swab 5 days after operation,respiratory tract infection rate and hospitalization time were compared in 2 groups.Results The positive rate of pharynx swab 5 days after surgery,respiratory tract infection rate and hospitalization time were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room specialized nursing in surgical patient nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
