小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的护理效果,为患者的康复治疗提供建议和支持。方法选取了2019年1月至2019年7月收治的小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者78例作为研究对象。采用数字随机分法,以公平性为开展前提进行分组调查。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则采用综合性护理干预,比较两组病情改善结果。结果观察组患者的血小板计数、平均血小板体积、血红蛋白指标上分别为(225.28±21.95)×109L、(9.18±0.24)fL、(150.43±5.39)g/L,明显低于对照组的(182.36±20.36)×10^(9)L、(7.06±0.23)fL、(132.36±5.20)g/L,组间对比差异较为显著(P<0.05)。观察组病情缓解用时为(3.20±0.58)d,明显短于对照组的(5.89±0.66)d,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患儿家属满意度为94.87%(37/39),明显高于对照组的76.92%(30/39),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理措施有助于小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者的病情改善,其血常规指标良好,病情康复快,且得到了患儿家属的认可。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,and to provide advice and support for the rehabilitation of patients.Methods A total of 78 pediatric patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura admitted from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.Use the random number method to conduct group investigations on the premise of fairness.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing measures,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing interventions to compare the improvement results of the two groups.Results The platelet count,average platelet volume,and hemoglobin of the observation group were(225.28±21.95)×10^(9)L,(9.18±0.24)fL,and(150.43±5.39)g/L respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(182.36±20.36)×10^(9)L,(7.06±0.23)fL,(132.36±5.20)g/L,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The observation group took(3.20±0.58)days to relieve the disease,which was significantly shorter than the control group(5.89±0.66)days,and the difference was statistically significant.The satisfaction degree of family members of children in the observation group was 94.87%(37/39),which was significantly higher than 76.92%(30/39)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures can improve the condition of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,its blood routine index is good,the condition recovers quickly,and has been recognized by the children’s families,so it can be widely used.
