精细化护理在PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析精细化护理在防旋股骨近髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折中的应用效果。方法回顾性选择锦州市中心医院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的78例老年股骨转子间骨折患者。从心理护理、引流管和创口护理、压疮预防护理、坠积性肺炎预防护理、深静脉血栓预防护理、协助功能锻炼、出院指导七个方面实施精细化护理。结果本组患者手术时间50~110分钟,住院时间7~16 d,平均(8.23±2.66)d,随访1年,固定物位置稳定,无并发症出现。结论精细化护理应用于PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的患者,有利于缩短患者的住院时间,巩固治疗效果,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective Analyze the effect of refined nursing in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fractures with proximal feroral nailantirtation.Methods A retrospective selection of 78 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures admitted to Jinzhou Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018.Delicate nursing care is implemented from seven aspects:psychological care,drainage tube and wound care,bedsore preventive care,fallow pneumonia preventive care,deep vein thrombosis preventive care,assisted functional exercise,and discharge guidance.Results The operation time of the patients in this group was 50-110 minutes,the hospitalization time was 7-16 days,with an average of(8.23±2.66)days,and the follow-up was 1 year.The fixture position was stable and no complications occurred.Conclusions Refined nursing is applied to PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,which is beneficial to shorten the patient’s hospital stay,consolidate the treatment effect,and improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction.
