探讨早期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理对其肢体运动功能的影响效果。方法择取我院于2017年3月至2018年3月收治的68例脑梗死患者,根据患者的入院先后顺序将其划分为平行组和早期组,每组各34例。平行组患者接受常规康复护理,早期组患者接受早期康复护理,对比两组患者的运动功能、生活能力、神经功能缺损情况、护理满意情况。结果早期组患者的运动功能、生活能力、神经功能缺损评分均高于平行组患者,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。早期组患者护理满意率(94.12%)优于平行组(73.53%),组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论相较于常规康复护理,早期康复护理应用于脑梗死患者能够更好地改善患者运动功能,提升生活能力,减轻神经功能缺损,提升患者对于护理服务的满意度。Objective to explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-eight patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into parallel group and early group according to the order of admission,each group had 34 cases.Patients in the parallel group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,and patients in the early group received early rehabilitation nursing.Motor function,living ability,neurological dysfunction and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The motor function,life ability,and neurological deficit scores of the patients in the early group were higher than those in the parallel group,and there were statistical differences in the data between the groups,P<0.05.The care satisfaction rate of patients in the early group(94.12%)was better than that of the parallel group(73.53%).There were statistical differences in the data between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation nursing,early rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can better improve the patients’motor function,enhance their living ability,reduce neurological dysfunction,and improve the patients’satisfaction with nursing services,which has important clinical significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
