预见性护理用于小儿外周静脉留置针输液渗出预防的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理用于小儿外周静脉留置针输液渗出预防的效果。方法研究对象为大连市儿童医院门诊收治的144例实施小儿外周静脉留置针治疗患儿,根据护理方法不同分组研究,对照组和研究组各72例,分别给予常规护理模式和预见性护理模式,进行对比分析每组渗出发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组渗出发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可降低外周静脉留置针渗出率,提高患儿家属护理满意度,具有确切可靠价值,可在院推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on the prevention of exudation by intravenous infusion in children Methods One hundred and forty-four cases of pediatric patients receiving peripheral venous indwelling needle in the outpatient department of Dalian Children’s Hospital were studied.Different groups were studied according to nursing methods.The control group and study group,72 cases were given conventional nursing mode and predictive nursing mode,and the incidence of exudation rate and nursing satisfaction in each group were compared.Results The incidence of exudation in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group.There was a significant difference in the comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce the exudation rate of peripheral vein indwelling needle and improve the nursing satisfaction of children’s family members,which has accurate and reliable value and can be popularized in hospital.
