葵花油应用于早产儿皮肤表面对降低院内感染的效果护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究葵花油应用于早产儿皮肤表面对降低院内感染的护理效果。方法将2019年1月至2020年8月住院早产儿中符合我院纳入和排除标准的早产儿156例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为A、B、C 3组,各52例早产儿。A组早产儿以葵花油涂抹皮肤表面,B组早产儿以强生油涂抹皮肤表面,C组早产儿皮肤表面未使用任何油剂处理。对早产儿的皮肤状况每周进行评估,对比3组早产儿的皮肤状况、皮肤感染情况。结果3组早产儿的皮肤状况在前2周无明显差异,自第3周开始,3组的皮肤评分状况不同,A组早产儿的皮肤完整性明显高于B、C两组(P<0.05);临床诊断感染发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿皮肤表面使用葵花油进行护理,能够提高早产儿皮肤屏障功能,有效降低早产儿感染率。Objective To study the nursing effect of sunflower oil on reducing nosocomial infection in premature infants.Methods One hundred and fiftysix premature infants who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C,with 52 premature infants in each group.In group A,sunflower oil was applied on the skin surface of premature infants,in group B,Johnson oil was applied on the skin surface of premature infants,and in group C,no oil was applied on the skin surface of premature infants.The skin condition of premature infants was evaluated weekly,and the skin condition,clinical diagnosis of infection and positive rate of blood culture of the three groups were compared Results There was no significant difference in the skin condition of the three groups in the first two weeks.From the third week,the skin score of the three groups was different,the skin integrity of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).Clinical diagnosis of infection rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sunflower oil on the skin surface of preterm infants can improve the skin barrier function of preterm infants,effectively reduce the infection rate of preterm infants.
