经皮浅静脉连续环形缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮浅静脉连续环形缝扎术(PCCS)治疗下肢静脉曲张(VVLE)的临床效果。方法:VVLE患者60例,随机分为H组(30例)和P组(30例)。H组采用大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术(HSL)治疗,P组采用PCCS治疗。观察、分析两组的手术治疗和并发症情况。结果:P组的手术时间、出血量、切口数少于H组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。P组的并发症发生率6.67%,低于H组的26.7%(P<0.05)。结论:PCCS治疗VVLE的切口数少,外形美观,并发症少。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous continuous circumferential suture of superficial vein(PCCS)in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities(VVLE).Methods:60 patients with VVLE were randomized into group H(30 cases)and group P(30 cases).Group H was treated with high ligation and stripping of great saphenous vein(HSL),while group P was treated with PCCS.Then,the operation and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,amount of bleeding,number of incisions and hospital stay of group P were less than that of group H(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group P was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.7%in group H(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous continuous circumferential suture of superficial vein(PCCS)is effectivein treating varicose veins of lower extremities(VVLE),with less incision,better postoperative aesthetic effect and low incidence of complications.
