摘　　要：目的:探讨不同检测方法对肺结核患者痰液结核分枝杆菌(MTB)的检测价值。方法:60例肺结核患者的痰液样本,分别采用MTB培养法、涂片抗酸染色法、荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(TB-PCR)及MTB/利福平耐药实时荧光定量核酸扩增技术(Xpert MTB/RIF)进行检测。分析、比较不同检测方法的MBT检出率。结果:Xpert MTB/RIF法的MTB阳性检出率95.00%,高于荧光定量TB-PCR法83.33%、涂片抗酸染色法60.00%、MTB培养法56.67%;荧光定量TB-PCR法的MTB阳性检出率,高于涂片抗酸染色法和MTB培养法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同检测方法对肺结核患者MTB的阳性检出率存在明显差异,其中Xpert MTB/RIF法的MTB阳性检出率最高。Objective:To investigate the values of different detection methods for mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)in sputum in tuberculosis(TB)patients.Methods:Sputums amples from 60 TB patients were tested by MTB culture,smear acid-fast staining,fluorescent quantitative tuberculosis polymerase chain reaction(TB-PCR)and Xpert MTB/rifampin(RIF).The detection rates of MTB by different methods were compared.Results:The positive detection rate of MTB by Xpert MTB/RIF was 95.00%,higher than 83.33%by fluorescent quantitative TB-PC,60.00%by smear acid-fast staining,and 56.67%by MTB culture.There were statistical differences among the 4 detection methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant differences in the positive detection rate of MTB in sputum specimens of TB patients by different detection methods,which is the highest by Xpert MTB/RIF.
