TDP神灯照射联合中药熏洗促进混合痔术后创面愈合

摘　　要：目的:探讨特定电磁波(TDP)神灯照射联合中药熏洗治疗混合痔术后创面愈合的效果。方法:88例混合痔疮患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用痔疮膏涂抹治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,使用TDP神灯照射联合中药熏洗治疗。观察、分析两组疼痛、水肿评分、创面愈合时间及治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.7%,高于对照组81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,观察组疼痛、水肿评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TDP神灯照射联合中药熏洗治疗能有效缓解混合痔术后患者疼痛与水肿,促进创面愈合,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the application effect of special electromagnetic wave(TDP)magic lamp irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to promote postoperative wound healing of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:A total of 88 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into two groups,each with 44 cases.The control group were given hemorrhoid cream,while the observation group were treated with TDP magic lamp irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,edema score,wound healing time and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.7%,higher than 81.8%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 d of intervention,the pain degree and edema score of the observation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TDP magic lamp irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively relieve postoperative pain and edema in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,promote wound healing and improve therapeutic effect.
