摘 要:为提高湖南省装备制造业R&D效率,通过建立效率评价模型,运用DEA模型和Malmquist指数法对湖南省装备制造业2011—2019年7大子行业进行R&D效率测度评价。通过实证分析可以得知:从DEA静态分析看,湖南省装备制造业中少数子行业是DEA有效的,存在资源浪费严重的情况;而从Malmquist动态分析来看,TFP整体趋于波动态势,尚未形成连续上升趋势。在实证分析的基础上,提出积极发挥政府作用、加强合作和吸引高层次人才的建议。In view of an improvement of R&D efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province,by establishing the efficiency evaluation model,DEA model and Malmquist index method have been used for the measurement and evaluation of R&D efficiency of seven sub-industries of equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province from 2011 to 2019.Based on the empirical analysis,it can be inferred that from the static analysis of DEA,a few sub-industries of equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan Province are DEA effective and with a serious waste of resources.From Malmquist dynamic analysis,TFP tends to fluctuate as a whole,without forming a continuous upward trend.On the basis of empirical analysis,some suggestions are put forward to give full play to the role of government,strengthen cooperation and attract high-level talents..
