摘　　要：自社会工作专业在中国内地恢复重建以来,其发展路径呈现“教育先行”的特点,并取得了重大成就,但在专业性、本土化以及社会性等方面存在诸多不足。从“教育先行”的发展路径来看,高校中的社会工作教育恰是这些不足的症结所在。从中国社会工作转型发展的内涵来看,社会工作应具备专业性、本土性与社会性“三性合一”的特性,实践教学是实现“三性合一”的重要手段。但在现阶段的实践教学中,往往偏重于单一方面。本文认为,有必要在高校社会工作教育中构建“全程融合式”实践教学体系,摆脱“教育先行”专业发展路径中的片面性困境,实现“三性合一”。Since the rehabilitation and reconstruction of social work in China's Mainland,its development path has shown the characteristics of"education first"and has achieved great achievements.But there are many shortcomings in terms of professionalism,localization and sociality.From the perspective of the develop-ment path of"education first",social work education in colleges and universities is precisely the crux of these shortcomings.According to the connotation of the development of social work in China,it should have the characteristics of"three in one"of professionalism,locality and sociality,and practical teaching is an important means to realize the“three-in-one”.However,in the current practice teaching,the emphasis is often on a single aspect.We believe that it is necessary to construct a"full-course integrated"practical teaching system in social work education,get rid of the one-sided dilemma in the path of"education first"professional development,and finally realize the"three-in-one".
