摘　　要：韩国电梯安全管理处于世界较先进水平。韩国电梯检验机构经历了35年的发展,从一元化到多元化、二元化,再到一元化。韩国电梯安全公团是依法成立的法定机构,既是公益类组织,又承担着部分政府职能。韩国政府对于公团进行了全面的监督和管理,既有日常监督指导,又有公开的考核评价,使法定检验机构既能坚守了安全检验的底线,又能使检验机构高效率运作。这对我国正在酝酿和进行的特种设备检验机构改革,确有借鉴意义。South Korea's elevator safety management is at the world's advanced level.Korea elevator inspection Institute has 35 years of development.From the unity to the diversification of dualism,and then to the unity.Korea Elevator Safety Agency is a legal body established in accordance with the law.It is not only a nonprofit organization,but also undertakes some government functions.The South Korean government performs comprehensive supervision and management of the Agency,both daily supervision and guidance,and open evaluation.The legal inspection institutions not only safeguard the bottom line of safety inspection,but also make the inspection institutions operate efficiently.This model provides an important reference to the reform of special equipment inspection organization in our country.
