摘  要:《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》是国内关于固定式压力容器的一项主要技术法规,是压力容器定期检验的主要依据。对外压容器、固定式真空绝热压力容器以及装有安全泄放装置且需进行气密性试验容器的定期检验要点进行探讨,结果表明:当腐蚀或磨蚀超过腐蚀裕量以及不圆度超标时,外压容器应进行稳定性校核;对装有深冷介质和普冷介质的固定式真空绝热容规规定统一真空度数值有待商榷;对装有安全泄放装置且需进行气密性试验的容器,若安全泄放装置有开启记录,建议定期检验时适当提高检测要求。The "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Stationary Pressure Vessels"is a major domestic technical regulation on stationary pressure vessels and the main basis for regular inspections of pressure vessels.Some requirements of regular inspection of external pressure vessels,fixed vacuum insulated pressure vessels,and vessels equipped with safety relief devices that require air-tight test was discussed.The results show that when the corrosion or abrasion is less than corrosion allowance or the out-of-roundness excess standard limit,the inspector should consider stability checking.The uniformly requirements of vacuum about insulated pressure vessel filled with different mediums is unreasonable.Improving inspection requirements during periodical inspection for the pressure vessel with safety valve which also need air-tight test is reasonable.
